Terms Of Service
1. The Service
Trend Hound is a crypto market intelligence and trading terminal. It provides market read products — Screener, Price Predictor, Lead-Lag, Live Signal, and Market Intel — plus live trading algos, arbitrage tooling, and direct venue trading across supported exchanges. Access is provided as is, on the plan you select.
2. No Financial Advice
Nothing in the service is investment, legal, or tax advice. Signals, forecasts, screens, and intel readouts are measurements, not recommendations. You alone decide what to trade. Past performance — including any backtest or representative visualization — does not predict future results.
3. Trading Risk
Crypto trading carries substantial risk of loss. Live algos and manual orders place real orders with real money on your connected venue accounts. You are responsible for the capital you deploy, the strategies you run, and the venue accounts you connect. Trend Hound does not guarantee profit and shows losses exactly as they occur.
4. Your Venue Api Keys
Connecting a venue requires API credentials you create at that venue. Keys are encrypted at rest, used only to operate the features you invoke, never displayed again after entry, and never exported. You can disconnect a venue at any time, which deactivates its stored credentials. Grant only the permissions the service needs — trade permissions where you intend to trade, and never withdrawal permissions.
5. Plans And Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly interval. Upgrades take effect immediately with live proration; plan limits apply at create time. Card details are collected by Stripe hosted checkout and managed in the Stripe billing portal — Trend Hound never receives your card number.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the service: no attempts to breach isolation between accounts, no scraping beyond documented interfaces, no use that violates the rules of a connected venue, and no resale of the service without written agreement.
7. Availability
We target continuous availability but do not warrant it. Venue outages, upstream data gaps, and maintenance windows can interrupt feeds or trading. Where a producer is unavailable the interface gates the surface rather than showing invented data.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time; stored venue credentials are deactivated on closure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Paid periods already invoiced are governed by the billing terms in effect at purchase.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend Hound is not liable for trading losses, venue failures, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
